Welcome to ip86. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our IP checking, proxy speed testing, platform compatibility assessment, IP identity lookup, network quality analysis, and related tool services.

By accessing or using ip86, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using this website and related services.

## 1. Service Description

ip86 provides tools for IP checking, proxy speed testing, platform compatibility assessment, IP identity and risk identification, ASN lookup, geolocation reference, network quality reference, and test report generation.

Our results may be generated based on public data sources, offline databases, local rule engines, third-party data sources, network measurement results, historical query records, and system algorithms.

All results provided by ip86 are for network quality evaluation, IP identity reference, risk assessment reference, preliminary business environment screening, and purchase decision support only. They do not constitute any guarantee of platform availability, account security, business outcomes, or compliance endorsement.

## 2. Results Are for Reference Only

IP geolocation, IP type, ASN information, proxy speed, platform access performance, risk labels, and compatibility assessments may be affected by data source update cycles, IP reassignment, routing changes, proxy exit changes, target platform policy changes, the user’s network environment, and other factors.

ip86 does not guarantee that the results are absolutely accurate, complete, real-time, or suitable for all scenarios.

The results do not represent the availability of any third-party platform, account security, login success rate, payment success rate, review outcome, advertising performance, business conversion result, or final business outcome.

Users should make their own decisions and assume their own risks based on their business scenarios, actual tests, third-party platform rules, and applicable laws and regulations.

## 3. User Responsibilities

You must ensure that your use of ip86 complies with applicable laws and regulations, third-party platform rules, service provider agreements, and local policies.

You may not use ip86 for:

1. Network attacks, abusive scanning, malicious requests, or disruption of network security; 2. Fraud, spam registration, bulk abusive operations, or spam messaging; 3. Unauthorized testing, use, or submission of proxy resources, server resources, accounts, or access credentials; 4. Infringement of others’ privacy, intellectual property, or other legal rights; 5. Circumvention of third-party platform rules, risk controls, reviews, or security mechanisms; 6. Any other illegal, abusive, malicious, or improper activities.

You must not interpret ip86 results as any form of risk exemption, platform permission, account protection, or commercial success guarantee.

## 4. IP Checking Notice

When you use the IP checking feature, the system may generate IP identity, location, ASN, network type, risk labels, and platform compatibility references based on the IP address you enter or the current public IP automatically detected by the system.

IP geolocation and type identification may come from multiple public or third-party data sources, and different sources may produce different results. We may display a combined judgment through confidence scores, consistency indicators, or risk labels, but we do not guarantee absolute accuracy.

## 5. Proxy Speed Testing Notice

When you submit proxy information for testing, the system uses the proxy protocol, server address, port, and necessary authentication information you provide to perform proxy parsing, connectivity testing, speed testing, stability testing, and platform access performance reference.

Unless you explicitly choose to save them, we do not actively store proxy usernames or passwords. During testing, such authentication information is used only to complete the current test task.

Please do not submit proxy resources, server resources, or sensitive access credentials that do not belong to you or that you are not authorized to use.

## 6. Report Copying and Sharing

ip86 may provide features such as report copying, screenshot generation, share cards, and test links to help users save or share test results.

You understand and agree that sharing test results may expose certain IP addresses, proxy exits, speed results, platform performance, or risk label information. Please confirm before sharing that the content does not disclose sensitive business information.

## 7. Service Availability

We will make reasonable efforts to keep the service stable, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, delay-free, error-free, complete, or fully accurate.

Some features may be temporarily unavailable due to server maintenance, data source updates, network fluctuations, third-party API changes, system upgrades, force majeure, or other reasons.

## 8. Intellectual Property

The website interface, page design, data structure, scoring logic, rule system, text, marks, program code, report design, and related content of ip86, except for third-party materials, public data, or user-submitted content, belong to ip86 or the relevant rights holders.

Without authorization, users may not copy, scrape, bulk download, reverse engineer, resell, mirror, redistribute, or otherwise misuse ip86 services, pages, or data.

## 9. Third-Party Data and Services

ip86 may use public data sources, third-party databases, network measurement nodes, cloud services, logging services, security services, payment services, or other infrastructure services to provide results and website functionality.

Third-party data may be delayed, inaccurate, or incomplete. ip86 does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or continued availability of third-party data.

## 10. Disclaimer

ip86 results are provided only as references for risk assessment, network evaluation, and purchase decisions. They do not constitute legal, compliance, financial, security, or business advice.

Users are solely responsible for any account loss, business loss, transaction risk, platform restriction, data loss, server loss, or other consequences arising from the use of or reliance on the results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ip86 shall not be liable for any indirect loss, loss of profits, business interruption, data loss, or other consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service.

## 11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms based on product features, business adjustments, legal or regulatory changes, or security requirements.

Updated Terms will take effect once published on the website. Your continued use of ip86 indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
